Visualizing Work - The Maps, Journeys, and Process Flows You Need to Leverage to Improve
Value stream mapping, customer journeys, service blueprints and procedural documentation have been en vogue for decades. Although BPMN and UML are great standards, they only apply to very specific needs. The modern collaborator requires diverse tools to understand and visualize work in order to identify the opportunities and gaps to be found within our value streams, processes and other methods of delivering value and revenue.
This presentation will focus on the tools, techniques and experiences that modern teams are leveraging to build better experiences, products and services.
