PREVIOUS MEETING SLIDES: Be The Boss You Want To Work For!


HDI Capital Area members and attendees came together on May 18, 2018 to Network and Learn about creating a culture producing high performing teams!


As busy IT leaders, we do our best to support our staff. But let's face it: it's tough! We have to deal with the fires and escalations; we have countless meetings and deadlines; and somewhere in there, we have to find time to engage with our staff and be accessible when they need us. This interactive, entertaining, and informative session will reveal the philosophy and methodology the Johns Hopkins support organization used to create a culture of transparency and staff engagement that produced high-performing teams.
